Discover Peru - between Andes, Amazon and ancient cultures
Peru is a land of dramatic contrasts – towering Andean peaks, dense Amazon jungle and the legacy of ancient civilisations. A luxury holiday in Peru means experiencing this diversity in the most exclusive way: with privacy, comfort and depth.
Whether you're trekking to Machu Picchu on a less-travelled route, staying in a charming hacienda in the Sacred Valley or gliding down an Amazonian river, each day reveals a new facet of this extraordinary country. Add in vibrant cities like Cusco and Arequipa, and your journey becomes a blend of history, nature and culture – curated entirely around you.
At Take Memories, we design your Peru experience with care and creativity – handpicked accommodations, private guides, and bespoke itineraries for travellers who want authenticity without compromise.

Regions of Peru
The map is temporarily unavailable.
Lake Titicaca
At 3,812 meters, half in Peru and half in Bolivia, lies the lake from which, according to legend, Manco Cápac emerged to found the Inca Empire. Anyone who brings two or three days can experience floating reed islands, a UNESCO textile culture, and homestays with Quechua-speaking families — seamlessly connecting Peru with Bolivia.
Rainbow Mountain Vinicunca
Since 2013, the ice has released Vinicunca, and since 2015, the world has known about it. Between being an Instagram pilgrimage site and a serious altitude challenge lies a mountain that, with the right strategy, becomes one of the strongest moments of any trip to Peru.
Machu Picchu
At 2,430 meters, the Inca citadel looms over the Urubamba Valley — UNESCO World Heritage, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World and the emotional heart of any Peru trip. With the right ticket, the first bus at 5:30 a.m., and the footpath to Inti Punku, you will experience Machu Picchu as the Incas once did — in the morning light, almost alone.
Lima
Lima — Gastronomy World Capital of Latin America, UNESCO World Heritage since 1988 and the perfect start to any trip to Peru. At 154 meters above sea level without acclimatization stress.
Inca Trail Salkantay
Four days of classic Inca Trail with arrival at the Sun Gate — or five days Salkantay Trek through five climate zones without permit hurdles. Two routes, the same goal, very different experiences. We show you which trek suits your fitness, travel time, and planning.
Colca Canyon
The Colca Canyon is more than a natural wonder. Since 2019 a UNESCO Global Geopark, 3,270 m deep, home to the Andean condor and a terraced landscape that has been in operation for 1,400 years — a stopover between Arequipa and Lake Titicaca, which stands on its own.
Cusco Holy Valley
Cusco was the capital of the Inca Empire, the Holy Valley its granary — today they are the indispensable chapter of any Peru trip. With the right order, the must-see program becomes a relaxing experience.
