Latin Memories is the specialized brand of Take Memories for a continent that is unmatched. Nowhere else do you encounter so many different worlds in such close proximity: tropical rainforests and Andean landscapes, vibrant metropolises and lonely coastal stretches, millennia-old cultures, and a joy of life that is contagious.
Our team has not only traveled through Latin America – we have also lived there, learned languages, and made friendships. Nils spent several years in Colombia and now lives there again. Luca studied Hispanic Studies and knows the history and culture of Latin American countries deeply and out of genuine interest. Nele has lived in Costa Rica and Ecuador and knows what it means to truly settle into the local environment – beyond the tourist surface.
This knowledge flows into every trip we create for you. Whether you travel through the Amazon, trek the Salkantay route in Peru, or stop at the coffee farms in Colombia – we design each route individually and with genuine knowledge of the region. Orient Memories
Orient Memories returns to the roots of Take Memories. It all began in the Omani desert, with a tent under millions of stars. Canvas Club was the first chapter – a tribute to an Orient that is raw, authentic, and full of stories. Today, The Oman Expedition continues this vision: off the beaten path, right into the true heart of the Orient.
Safari Memories
Safari Memories is the specialist within the Take Memories family for travel in sub-Saharan Africa. The team has traveled to the destinations themselves – from the Serengeti to the Okavango Delta to the private reserves of South Africa – and plans safaris that are as individual as the people undertaking them. Gorilla Memories
Gorilla Memories takes you to where you can encounter one of the rarest creatures on earth at eye level. We have personally traveled to all the gorilla destinations – because real knowledge is the prerequisite for real experiences. What is particularly important to us is: Such encounters come with a responsibility. We work exclusively with partners who share the same commitment to respectful tourism – and who actively contribute to the protection of gorillas and their habitats.
