Culinary
The gastronomy at the Pacuare Lodge celebrates the flavors of Costa Rica based on the sustainable farm-to-table principle. In the main restaurant Nairi Awari, the local kitchen team creates fine fusion cuisine, for which fresh organic ingredients directly from the own farm Las Nubes de Tuis on the slopes of the Turrialba volcano are processed. The offerings range from traditional recipes of the indigenous Cabécar culture to homemade specialties and fresh pastries. The atmospheric setting right on the banks of the Pacuare River provides the perfect backdrop for unforgettable meals. Over 80 selected international wines and craft beers brewed in-house from the microbrewery round off your culinary experience in the middle of the jungle.
