Nayara Springs

Smoke rises from the conically shaped volcanic cone, surrounded by dense rainforest – what reads like the prologue of an adventure novel, describes the breathtaking ambiance of Nayara Springs, hidden in the lush green at the foot of the Arenal Volcano, revealing a feeling of undisturbed seclusion. Surrounded by dense rainforest, here timelessly elegant architecture merges with the vibrant nature of Costa Rica into a harmonious unity. The boutique resort is exclusively for adult guests and sets standards for personal hospitality amidst diverse flora and fauna. Travelers move along wooden walkways through a backdrop of tropical plants and natural silence. The atmosphere is characterized by unobtrusive serenity and immediately lets everyday life fade into the background. This creates a place that combines relaxation at the highest level with the untouched wilderness of the region.

Location

Located at the edge of the Arenal Volcano National Park, Nayara Springs presents itself as an ideal starting point for exciting outdoor activities. At the center, of course, is the impressive volcano, whose last eruption dates back to 1968. Additionally, the national park and the surrounding rainforest host numerous bird species such as hummingbirds, parrots, toucans, and woodpeckers. Popular are also hikes to the La Fortuna waterfall, which plunges 70m into the depths over rocks. The stalactite caves of the region can be visited on guided tours. Water sports enthusiasts appreciate the proximity to Lake Arenal. The journey to the resort is conveniently made from the approximately 143 km distant Tobías Bolaños International Airport.
