The understated architecture features floor-to-ceiling glass walls and open floor plans, blurring the boundaries between indoors and outdoors. While toucans glide by at eye level and a fresh sea breeze rises in the late afternoon, a serene, soothing quiet prevails here. Below lies the Marino Ballena National Park with the famous sandbank Whale's Tail, where, depending on the season, you might even spot humpback whales from the saltwater infinity pool. The enchanting setting invites you to let your gaze wander over the horizon and enjoy the changing colors of nature in complete tranquility.

Rooms
A total of eight suites are staggered throughout the estate and are designed as elegant retreats with undisturbed privacy. From the accommodations at treetop level to the spacious master suites at the upper end of the property, you enjoy unobstructed ocean views throughout. The units, which vary in size from 68 to 140 square meters, surprise depending on the category with expanded terraces or private plunge pools. The interior style remains consistently tropical-minimalist – characterized by an open space concept, a glass rain shower, and an oversized double hammock on your veranda.
Cuisine
In the open restaurant by the pool, you can enjoy your meals à la carte from morning until evening with an unobstructed view over the treetops of the Pacific. The kitchen consistently focuses on organic and responsibly sourced ingredients, some of which are even grown directly at the property. The menu features ceviches and fish carpaccios from sustainable daily catches, as well as specialties with hormone-free meat from pasture-raised farms in the immediate vicinity. Alongside creative vegetarian and vegan dishes, the kitchen team caters individually to gluten-free requests or specific allergies. In the evening, you gather in the Diablitos Bar & Lounge for cocktails with local ingredients, while special occasions are celebrated privately in the Sky Lounge.
Activities
Both on the estate and in the surrounding area, a diverse range of activities awaits you. The saltwater infinity pool is the centerpiece of the house, inviting you with its 180-degree view of the Pacific into the evening hours and, depending on the season, offering views of the Marino Ballena National Park with the famous sandbank Whale's Tail. In the Spa Shà, you will find soothing body scrubs and massages available as couples treatments upon request, while the Sky Lounge offers space for private yoga sessions. For excursions to the Nauyaca Waterfalls, rides along the 35-kilometer coastline of Uvita's seven beaches, or adventures towards Corcovado, the team organizes all tours from the in-house tour book for you.
Location
The hotel is located in the south of Costa Rica on a coastal ridge in the jungle-covered hills above the small village of Uvita and the Marino Ballena National Park. The accommodation is about a 15-minute drive from the main road and approximately 60 minutes south of Manuel Antonio. The nearest international airport, San José, can be reached after a scenic drive of about 3.5 to 4 hours.
