Cuisine

In the open restaurant by the pool, you can enjoy your meals à la carte from morning until evening with an unobstructed view over the treetops of the Pacific. The kitchen consistently focuses on organic and responsibly sourced ingredients, some of which are even grown directly at the property. The menu features ceviches and fish carpaccios from sustainable daily catches, as well as specialties with hormone-free meat from pasture-raised farms in the immediate vicinity. Alongside creative vegetarian and vegan dishes, the kitchen team caters individually to gluten-free requests or specific allergies. In the evening, you gather in the Diablitos Bar & Lounge for cocktails with local ingredients, while special occasions are celebrated privately in the Sky Lounge.

In the Spa Shà, you will find soothing body scrubs and massages available as couples treatments upon request, while the Sky Lounge offers space for private yoga sessions. For excursions to the Nauyaca Waterfalls, rides along the 35-kilometer coastline of Uvita's seven beaches, or adventures towards Corcovado, the team organizes all tours from the in-house tour book for you.
