In the restaurant Gero Salvador, the experienced kitchen team creates exclusive dishes such as spaghettini with shrimp in lemon sauce, tender rib-eye steaks, or traditional gnocchi with pepperoni and pecorino. A staple of the menu also includes traditional Bahian specialties, including the famous moquecas stews, creamy shrimp bobó, as well as baked cocada for dessert.
