The resort consists solely of suites and some villas with sizes ranging from 45 to over 160 square meters. Plenty of bright wood, simple fabrics, and large windows define the rooms and let in plenty of daylight. The relaxed Bohemian style creates a calm atmosphere where one arrives immediately after a day in nature. Depending on the category, there is a hammock on the balcony, a small private pool, or an outdoor shower. The distributed layout in the forest ensures plenty of privacy and a direct view of the greenery.

The main restaurant Makoko impresses with upscale Latin American cuisine, while Matiss, located directly on the beach, serves freshly caught ceviches and light dishes in a relaxed atmosphere. The El Mangroove, Autograph Collection is located in the northwest of Costa Rica in the province of Guanacaste in the picturesque Gulf of Papagayo. Only 20 minutes by car from Liberia International Airport, the luxury hotel is ideally situated between the town of El Coco, various national parks, and natural wonders such as the Rincon de la Vieja volcano and the volcanic river Río Celeste.
