Casa Siará
Where steady trade winds sweep across fine sand and emerald-green sea, Casa Siará sits right on Playa do Preá in the state of Ceará. Renowned architect Miguel Pinto Guimarães drew inspiration from the pattern of fish scales for the building's curved forms, creating a refuge that blends organically into the coastal dune landscape. All eight suites face the Atlantic directly, while the seven standalone Vilas Siará next door promise even more seclusion and privacy. Between the kitesurfing school, a spa with an ice bath and sauna, and open-air culinary experiences, this place combines sporting energy with the relaxed lifestyle of Northeast Brazil. Here, the wind sets the rhythm - and you decide how fast or slow you follow it.

The eight suites of Casa Siará are spread across the main house, all facing the Atlantic and each with its own balcony. The Oceanfront Suite spans a generous 85 square meters, while the Seaside Suites offer 60 square meters of stylish, functional design; the Twin Seaside Suite with bunk beds also accommodates up to four guests. For even more privacy, stay in one of the seven Vilas Siará, about 200 meters from the sea: six are spread over two floors with three suites each, while one is single-story with two suites and one bedroom. Each villa has its own pool and a gourmet area with a barbecue and pizza oven for private evenings under the open sky.
Cuisine
Casa Siará's kitchen brings the flavors of Northeast Brazil to the plate: fresh fish, seafood and regional ingredients meet contemporary, unfussy preparation. Meals are served in the shared gourmet lounge, featuring a wine selection curated by partner Cellar Vinhos, while the Vilas Siará each have their own barbecue and pizza area for private dinners. Whether at sunset in the garden or at the communal table, every meal is tuned to Preá's relaxed atmosphere.
Activities
Preá is considered one of the best kitesurfing spots in the world, and at the hotel's own kitesurfing center with Duotone equipment, you can learn to kite from scratch or refine your technique in near-daily, consistent wind. Alongside tennis and beach tennis courts, a fitness center and a spa with sauna, hot tub and ice bath, Casa Siará also invites you on quad bike or UTV excursions through the golden dunes and lagoons of the surrounding area. Kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding tours, horseback riding, and yoga and wellness rituals round out the offering for a stay balanced between sport and slowing down.
