In the main restaurant, Calablanca, traditional dishes are served all day, based on an honest farm-to-table philosophy and traditional cooking techniques. The evening restaurant, Humo, delights with a changing robata grill concept that combines Asian, French, and Peruvian nuances, while Bahía on the beach specializes in refined grilled dishes. The offering is rounded off by a stylish lounge bar in the lobby, beach bars at the various pools, and the exclusive Lïlot - Adult Pool Bar, which serves adults fresh sushi, oysters, and ceviche.

Location

The resort is located in an exclusive area on the paradise-like Isla Barú, just outside the historic coastal city of Cartagena. The journey itself is part of the experience: From Rafael Núñez Airport, a shuttle takes you to the port, from where a comfortable catamaran transfers you to the hotel's dock in about 40 minutes - alternatively, the resort can also be reached by land in about 75 to 90 minutes. Nestled in an untouched tropical forest area, the hotel complex is located directly on a private sandy beach on the Colombian Caribbean coast and is the only hotel on the island to be LEED certified.
