The deluxe rooms transport you to the 17th century with extraordinary decor in 37 to 47 square meters. More space for families is offered by the junior suites, which convey a splendid Caribbean ambiance in up to 69 square meters. While the 70 square meter suite de Madariaga combines traditional elegance with avant-garde luxury, the Grand Suite shines with 94 square meters, a separate living area, and a spacious balcony. The absolute masterpiece of the house is the 140 square meter suite Conde de Pestagua, which boasts spectacular views, a private hot tub, and exclusive elevator access.

Under the protection of the historic palace arches, the kitchen team celebrates the rich flavors and inherited techniques of the Caribbean and Pacific coast. The authentic menus are created by Executive Chef Heberto Eljach to delight the palates of discerning gourmands. A perfect complement to this is the in-house AniMare Bar, which presents itself as an idyllic place with an unparalleled, classic atmosphere.
