Culinary

In the Nomad Lodge, cooking is different - in the kitchen, honest, shared enjoyment is celebrated through the conveyance of local traditions. The kitchen team works closely with the women from the surrounding villages to refine traditional Amazonian recipes with a modern touch. Daily, local families bring fresh fruits and vegetables, while local fishermen offer their catch of the day. A special highlight for breakfast is the bread, freshly baked daily in a wood oven by Magaly, a young baker from the region, along with her delicious dessert creations.
