Culinary

In the kitchen of Morromico, everything revolves around the treasures of the sea and honest, communal enjoyment. A real highlight is the in-house fishing expedition, where guests can learn the art of traditional fishing with a local yo-yo reel. The kitchen team then prepares the catch of the day fresh and according to traditional coastal recipes. During excursions into the wild nature, the team also ensures that you are provided with fresh water and energizing snacks, so that you lack nothing. To fully experience this original and conscious enjoyment undisturbed, the hotel consciously foregoes televisions or a traditional room service.

Activities

The untouched ecosystem surrounding the estate offers extraordinary experiences for nature lovers and explorers. In the months of July, August, and September, humpback whales, which come to mate and give birth in the warm waters, can be observed up close. Guided jungle hikes for all difficulty levels lead past gigantic trees, orchids, and rare poison dart frogs up to the spectacular viewpoint Copete de Pava. Passionate anglers can fish for grouper or snapper year-round, while April and May are ideal for catching tuna and swordfish. Special five-hour tours are also aimed at biologists who wish to study the unique insect and bird world of the rainforest intensively.
