Hotel Escondido

A private plunge pool is included, as well as a private terrace from which you step directly onto the sand. Inside, there is vintage furniture that doesn't look like hotel furnishings, and the only technology that stands out are the Bluetooth speakers. The bathroom continues this restraint, featuring a rain shower and organic care products. Anyone traveling with a dog does not have to give it up for these days.
Culinary
In the house's restaurant, the flavors of Oaxaca meet international dishes, and because fresh products from the region are used, the connection to the surroundings is recognizable on the plate. This closeness continues while sitting, as the water remains in your field of view during the meal. The operation begins in the morning with breakfast and runs uninterrupted throughout the day. Only after sunset does the kitchen switch to dinner.
Activities
In front of the house lies a beach that extends empty in both directions and allows you to enter the water without complications. Those who want to escape the salt find a fifty-meter long pool on the deck, which is open to all guests. It is quieter in the spa, whose two treatment cabins are used for massages and body treatments; facial care is also included. The same beach that is empty in the morning serves in the evening as a location for private parties that the house organizes with suppliers from the area.

The hotel is located in the Colonia Villas de Tutupec, a quiet residential area on the coast of the state of Oaxaca. Dense vegetation surrounds the property and shields it so much that you hardly notice the neighborhood. It takes about 45 minutes by car to Puerto Escondido, making a day trip to the busier beaches and the center of the coastal town possible. Back in the house, the silence after the hustle and bustle of the city is even more apparent.
