Whether directly at the historic village square or in the casual beach restaurant, the focus is on light, innovative dishes and traditional seafood stews made from the daily catch of local fishermen. Almost all ingredients used, from tropical fruits to local spices for the cocktails, come directly from the hotel's large agroforestry farm. This authentic culinary experience is complemented by creative, plant-based creations from the in-house laboratory and atmospheric full moon parties right in the sand of the beach bar.
